They combine a tender, flaky crumb,  juicy blueberries, bright lemon zest, and a subtle sweetness from the maple lemon glaze. They’re good for breakfast, but the best way to serve them is as an afternoon snack with a cup of Earl Grey and generous clotted cream. They come together in about 40 minutes and can easily be frozen.
