These High Protein Bagels come from my love for bagels and my even greater love for making them quickly.  Forget the water bath or waiting for a traditional rise, these come together in less than an hour and just a few basic ingredients. They are packed with around 15 grams of protein each and are full of flavor thanks to the white cheddar, crunchy walnuts, and fresh thyme. The only downside is that every time I meal prep them for the week, they’re gone on day 2.
